Lisfranc injury

    Broke 2 bones in my foot and having surgery tomorrow. Any tips on how to aid myself in a quick recovery? I realize everyone's healing process is different but I have a trip planned in 3 weeks and I know I'll still be in a cast most likely. I will go if the doc releases me...Thanks for any tips...
