Can anyone help me figure out if my feet are part of a bigger problem or just damaged?

    Hi.
    28, female here.

I am a dancer at a club and I’m relatively in shape (5’4”, 130lbs)…but a few months/maybe a year back I had a doctor do bloodwork and I was diagnosed as pre diabetic. I never went back, though. I do wear really tall platforms and my toes do have a curl to them. I do notice my feet will dig into my shoes as well…causing my toes to hurt often and create callouses. I do notice my nails have been really unhealthy looking and I’ve noticed my callouses, specifically my left big toe, have looked pretty purple and maybe some blood is pulling up…they hurt and burn and it’ll burn for 30 minutes if I mess with it too. I’m wondering if anyone can give me some personal insight into if my feet seem damaged or if maybe it’s a sign of my pre diabetes turning into type 2. I’m really worried and I know I should see a doctor, I will, I’m just one of those people with unmedicated ADHD who have a hard time with appointments. I will eventually go. For the time being I’m just trying to find some mental relief (hopefully) or some hard truths(well, opinions of concern). Thank you for your input ahead of time. Have a great day, y’all.

    Chloe

They look "ok". They just look like they have been knocked around a bit, probably from the dancing. I would not necessarily say it's anything serious.
