Nerve Pain After Surgery

    I had my big toe fused one week ago. I'm having a lot of tingling and aching. The surgery included taking a little bone from my heel to graft the toe joint. The nurse practitioner said a nerve at the heel is probably irritated. Has anyone else had this experience? Anything I can do to alleviate the discomfort? Thanks!
