I have a very small hole that’s probably 1/8” of an in in diameter, it’s right on the balls of the bottom of my foot so whenever I walk barefoot on hard surfaces it hurts. It almost looks like it could be a wart but it’s sunken into the skin. It looks like a small crater , it has a very thin white edge around it and has a dot of black in it but the rest is just skin color.

I have had warts on this foot awhile back but then they disappeared ( I had them for 2 years ) they disappeared for a couple months and now they are starting to come back .

    Can you post a photo?
    Most likely a wart/verrucae
